The long-awaited Land Use Code rewrite is complete.  The Land Use Code is in the process of being incorporated into the Town's Municipal Code.  Until then, the Land Use Code can be found here: Green Mountain Falls Land Use Code

Fire Restriction Information...

The famous Catamount Trail is open again, thanks to the action of the Historic Green Mountain Falls Foundation, which purchased the land that was the origin of the property dispute.  The HGMFF has granted the town an easement through the property so that the trail will remain open without future conflict!
