At its November 1 Board meeting, the Town's trustees approved Ordinance 2022-02, regarding the management of Short Term Rentals (STRs). It was published in the Pikes Peak Courier on November 9, so will go into effect on December 9. There are some new requirements for new applications and renewals. Town staff will be working to update the MuniRevs software to match the new regulations and will reach out to STR owners/operators to make sure compliance is met.
